Terms Of Service

BASIC INFO:

-Must be 18+.

-Commercial/copyrights are not included. Purchasing said rights may be discussed at any point of time.

-My work is not to be used in training AI.

-My work is not to be sold as a NFT.

-Do not promote hateful or illegal activities using my work.

-Complex Characters are subjected to an additional 5-15% fee.

-I do not work on deadlines.

-In order to portray your character accuratly, I need a clear and high resolution reference image.

-minor Edits are always free

*Minor edits may include but are not limited to:

small pattern changes

direction of light and shadows

color in small areas

addition/removal of accessories

-Major Edits past the sketch phase are an additional $10 for each edit.

*Major edits may include but are not limited to:

outfit

poses

overall design of subject

REPOSTING:

-proper attribution is required when reposting my work. a simple link or tagging my socials will suffice.

-If publicly re-posting, i would aprreciate if you use the GLAZEd file included with every commission.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:

-I will only start until after I am paid.

-Payment must be sent as USD $ currency.

-Before attempting a charge back, please reach out to me first to discuss the issue.

-If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

-If you cancel after I have started, you will only receive a partial refund. Incomplete art will be changed and sold off as a YCH (your character here).

-Completed commissions are ineligible for refunds.

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms. Failure to abide by my TOS will result in a warning or a blacklist at my discretion.
